Honey drier - capacity 170 kg

The new range of honey drier uses an innovative technique to obtain an even better result in reducing drying times.

Two powerful fans combined with an electrical resistance send a continuous jet of hot air on the discs that, rotating inside the tank, are loaded with a light film of honey to be reclaimed. The efficiency is extremely high and the consumption is very low. The small distance between the discs and the bottom of the tank allows the honey drier to be used even with small quantities of honey. The air introduced into the chamber is filtered by a particulate filter that prevents a contamination of the honey, and is then dispersed through special slots created at the top of the lid. Even when working with hot air, the honey never reaches high temperatures above 45°C, which would jeopardize the HMF values, which remain unchanged. The extremely silent honey drier is maintenance-free and easy to clean. Every part of it can be dismantled in just a few minutes.
