Uncapping tables - aesthetics and functionality

Uncapping tables Konigin combine aesthetic values and incredible functionality. According to many, these are simply the most beautiful products of this type on the market. Thanks to their design, they are also universal. They can be used to prepare frames of various sizes for extraction.

Various lengths, each to suit different needs

The starting proposal is a table with a length of 950 mm. This option is perfect for small workshop. Such a table will not take up much space in it. Small dimensions also mean low weight, so it is possible to easily move the table to any other place, by one person, when it is no longer needed. Konigin also offers an uncapping table with a length of 1250 mm. It is also a variant with one station for opening the cells with honey, but an extended space for combs. Thanks to this, it is possible to prepare batches for more capacious honey extractors, e.g. radial ones. The third and largest option is a table with a length of 2000 mm. This solution has two handles for uncapping the patches. The optimal place for the dripping combs is in the center of the table, between the two uncapping stations. There, people removing the capping from the combs will be able to easily accumulate the resource of combs to load the honey extractor.

      Main design advantages

Each table, regardless of its size, has a strainer on the entire surface of the bottom. It allows for gravitational separation of honey from cappings. The bottom itself, in turn, has a shape that makes the honey point towards the lowest point of the table. There is a flap valve that can be used to drain pre-cleaned honey into any container. The tables are made of acid-resistant stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm. All elements are quickly demountable, making it easy to restore them to clean after work. Optionally, the tables can be equipped with covers that will prevent contamination from getting inside during the breaks between honey pickings.
