Honey settling tanks.
Each apiary needs a solution to remove wax particles or other impurities from honey. Their origin is usually natural and does not pose a risk to the safety of the honey consumer. However, due to the appearance of the product, it is important to get rid of those elements that could discourage customers from buying at the apiary. One of the simple, but effective solutions to this problem are gravitational settlers.
The offer of Konigin gravitational settlers is very wide, so that everyone can adjust the selected solution to individual needs. For the sake of the highest quality, all honey purification and filling vessels are made of acid-resistant stainless steel. The smallest honey settling tank has a capacity of 25 kg. This cylindrical container is equipped with handles for easy carrying or washing and a flap valve for draining honey, e.g. directly into the jars. The honey settler also functions as a device for packing honey. Other such vessels have a capacity of 50 l and 70 l. For apiaries with slightly more abundant honey extractions, Konigin offers honey settlers with a capacity of 100 l, 150 l, 200 l and 300 l. For farms where honey harvesting is really successful, we recommend settling tanks with a capacity of 500 l, 800 l, 1000 l and 2000 l.
All containers for gravity honey purification are equipped with lids that prevent honey from staining or coming into contact with e.g. insects. A gravitational honey settler is an investment made once in many years. Thanks to it, the honey offered for sale is clear and free from impurities. This is important in the context of its sale on an increasingly competitive market.
