2in1, steam wax melter and honey separator- Ø640mm

Electric steam wax melter with a rotary drum is equipped with 0,25kW electric motor and 3,25kW

electric heating system which produces steam. The melting cycle of the first load takes up to

1 hour, each subsequent cycle 10-15min.

The effectivity of the melter is dependent on quality of the combs. In case of bright plasters, the wax residue is about 5%. That is an extraordi­ nary result, not achievable when using traditional wax melters. While melting dark slices, 15-25% wax may be left over. lt is recommended that the old, dark combs should be soaked in warm water as much as possible a day before the melting.
Thanks to this cocoons in the combs will absorb water which will enable greater recovery of the wax.
